This contact and support system allows me to provide better communication and client tracking compared to traditional e-mail. In order to contact me, please click on "Submit a ticket" above and fill out the form. If you would like to add additional information, please do not open a new ticket, but instead click on the link provided in your e-mail or click on the "View existing ticket" link above.

This contact system provides many benefits over email including easy file sharing and all records of the conversation in one easy to find place. You never have to worry about searching through all your email or accidently deleting important conversations with me, they are all stored permanently here in the contact system

The contact system does not require any usernames or passwords, just a working e-mail address.

Typical response time to your inquiry will be within 24 hours, but please allow more time as volume can sometimes be very high.
